Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Officer in Columbus, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Screener with Allied Universal, you will help maintain a welcoming, secure environment at a dynamic campus location by screening individuals and belongings, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to deter incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri05:45 AM - 01:45 PMSat05:45 AM - 12:30 PMSun05:45 AM - 12:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
