This full-time, onsite contract opportunity runs from now through June 23, 2027, providing the chance to work with students at the Early Learning Center and across two additional schools. The role offers hands-on involvement in a supportive community, working collaboratively with educational teams to help children achieve their full physical potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Physical Therapy License required
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI before start date
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload
• Commitment to fostering growth, participation, and inclusion for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services onsite to students from early childhood through elementary-aged populations
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other special education staff for comprehensive support
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress in compliance with state and federal standards
• Support IEP development and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide consultative guidance to staff and families about mobility, equipment, and classroom strategies
• Travel between the Early Learning Center and two schools within the district
