Details Work in the Medical ICU unit of a hospital environment Day shift schedule of 3x12s, working Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat from 0600 to 1830 No call responsibilities Requirements Active RN license in the State of California Current BLS certification following American Heart Association guidelines required Current ACLS certification required PALS certification required within six months of hire Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience required Graduate from an accredited school of nursing CCRN certification encouraged Basic computer skills required No candidates with a prior negative licensure action will be considered Additional Information Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care specific to the age of the ICU patient population served Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner consistent with unit standards Demonstrate flexibility in a changing clinical environment while maintaining quality and effectiveness in work habits Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect Required to comply with all facility vaccination requirements as a condition of employment Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will not be considered Accepts local candidates with no radius rule, as local rates match travel rates American Traveler Job ID P-743418.
