Role Description Caring Senior Service is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Remote Chat Support Specialist to assist with customer inquiries and support daily communication operations. Responsibilities Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other approved digital communication channels in a timely and professional manner. Information and Assistance: Provide clear, accurate information about company services and assist with routine questions and requests. Inquiry Management: Review incoming messages, identify customer needs, prioritize requests, and ensure inquiries are handled appropriately. Follow-Up Coordination: Follow up on unresolved questions, pending requests, and customer concerns to support timely resolution. Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities using approved systems, spreadsheets, or customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Issue Escalation: Identify inquiries that require additional assistance and refer them to the appropriate team member in accordance with established procedures. Customer Experience: Maintain a courteous, patient, and helpful approach when communicating with customers, their families, and other relevant contacts. Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, organizing customer information, and other related support tasks as needed. Confidentiality and Compliance: Handle customer information responsibly and follow applicable privacy requirements and company procedures. Team Collaboration: Communicate updates clearly, follow instructions, and coordinate with team members to maintain consistent service quality.B Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, email support, or a related role is an advantage. Strong written communication skills and professional online communication etiquette. Ability to respond to customer inquiries clearly, accurately, and courteously. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple conversations, prioritize inquiries, and follow up on pending requests. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication platforms. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, help-desk software, or ticketing platforms is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet agreed deadlines. Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable computer for remote work.
