Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for a permanent role with an area healthcare client in Portsmouth, VA. The clinician will perform a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensure patient safety, and promote patient comfort throughout the imaging process. The position is based in a hospital setting. Expected hours are 36 per week. Shift pattern is 3x12. Anticipated start: 08/31/2026.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Current ARRT certification and state licensure as required by Virginia law.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist or X-Ray Technologist.
• Experience working in a hospital radiology or diagnostic imaging department preferred.
• Competence with general radiographic procedures and patient positioning across adult and pediatric populations.
• Ability to operate standard radiography equipment and digital imaging systems.
