This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.In this role, you will directly lead, supervise technicians, and coordinate additional teammates such as manufacturing engineers, quality personnel, production controllers, schedulers, etc. You will have ultimate and full responsibility for guiding your crew with the delivery of various fluids components for both GS1 and GS2 launch vehicles. We are building a road to space, and a rocket that approximates the size of the Saturn V. The path is long, with challenges at every step of the way. Make hiring recommendations.Develop and implement process, efficiency, and continuous safety improvements.Responsible for prioritizing and establishing Work Center assignments, employee training, overtime assignments, and back-up for absent employees.Maintain all shop programs including Safety, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, FOD, Clean as you go programs.Qualifications:5-8 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or another relevant field.Leadership experience with dynamic team environments.Passion.
