Corporate Governance Paralegal

Seeking a Corporate Governance Paralegal opportunity with a company or legal team where I can bring 4+ years of experience supporting corporate governance and legal operations. Experienced in maintaining corporate records, minute books, resolutions, organizational documents, and governance files. Skilled in coordinating board and committee materials, meetings, minutes, consents, and corporate actions. Experienced with entity formations, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, annual reports, and other corporate filings. Knowledgeable in coordinating tax filing documentation and deadlines, including gathering and maintaining materials needed for federal, state, and local filings. Experienced in tracking and coordinating business licenses, professional licenses, registrations, permits, and licensure renewals. Strong ability to monitor compliance calendars, filing deadlines, renewals, and ongoing corporate requirements across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Comfortable working with attorneys, corporate secretaries, executives, finance/accounting teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying upcoming deadlines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Trusted to handle confidential corporate, legal, financial, and governance information with discretion. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $90000 to $125,000.
