Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Flu vaccine is required with no exceptions.
• Must be willing to float if needed.
• Travelers must not have a permanent address within a 100-mile radius of the facility.

Compliance / Notes:

• No more than 3 days of requested time off (RTO) per 13-week contract.
• The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply.
