VIP Customer Support Specialist

Ripple Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a growing HVAC manufacturer seeking a polished, organized, and relationship-focused VIP Customer Service & Representative Support Specialist . This isn't your typical customer service position. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for sales representatives and representative firms across North America, helping ensure every request is handled professionally, accurately, and with exceptional follow-through. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary contact for representative firms and sales representatives across North America. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, CRM, and other communication channels. Coordinate requests related to pricing, quotations, product information, orders, marketing materials, onboarding, training, and technical documentation. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure timely resolution of requests. Take ownership of inquiries from initial contact through final resolution. Maintain accurate records within the CRM and other company systems. Assist with onboarding new representative firms and supporting ongoing engagement initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the overall representative experience. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, office administration, or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, friendly, and confident communication style. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to follow-up. Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, Google Workspace, or similar business software is preferred. Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, construction, or another technical industry is a plus but not required.
