Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Ambulatory - Family Medicine Care Stop 11 Community Physician Network Indianapolis Southside Location: Indianapolis, IN 46227, United States Shift: Day Job Hours: Monday - Friday 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM. Can work five 8‑hour shifts, or four 10‑hour shifts based on operations of the practice. The Ambulatory LPN works hand‑in‑hand with the Physician to achieve quality outcomes for the patient. The Ambulatory LPN will assist the provider of a health care site with facilitation of patient visits and procedures, routine laboratory tests, referrals, and quality outcomes for the population of the practice. Helps cover back‑office patient care and administrative responsibilities in the event of clinician illness, approved time‑off, jury duty, funeral time, times of high census, or other growth needs determined/identified by the practice management team. This opportunity is located at our Stop 11, Family Medicine Practice, at 5908 E. Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237. Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience.
