Care Gap Program Letter Coordinator

Abbott seeks a Care Gap Program Letter Coordinator to support health system care gap initiatives in Madison, Wisconsin. The role involves managing letter programs, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, processing customer data, and driving process improvements for the Gap Closure Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Lead letter program intake, validation, and coordination from initiation through mail date execution
• Validate customer data files and work with Customer Success Managers to resolve incomplete or inaccurate information
• Generate and distribute reports using Tableau and Epic to stakeholders and Patient Support teams
• Execute ad hoc requests and identify process improvement opportunities within the Gap Closure Operations team
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with autonomy while maintaining flexibility for new assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field; or high school diploma with 4+ years relevant experience
• 2+ years of operational or related experience
• Expert-level Excel proficiency including pivot tables
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Proficiency with Tableau and Epic software preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Strong proofreading and written communication abilities

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
