What You'll Do Supportday-to-day property operations, leasing, resident relations, andadministrative responsibilities. Assistwith HUD/Section 8 requirements, procedures, documentation, and ongoingcompliance. SupportLIHTC/Tax Credit certifications, recertifications, and resident filedocumentation. Manageleasing activities, including prospective resident inquiries,applications, tours, renewals, and move-ins. Maintainaccurate resident files and documentation while ensuring deadlines andcompliance requirements are met. Partnerwith the Property Manager and onsite team to provide excellent residentservice and support successful property operations. What We're Looking For Minimum2 years of experience working with HUD/Section 8 rules, regulations, andprocedures. Minimum2 years of LIHTC/Tax Credit affordable housing experience. Previousmarket-rate leasing experience. Strongknowledge of affordable housing compliance, certifications,recertifications, and resident documentation. Excellentcustomer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Detail-orientedwith the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in afast-paced property environment.
