Life at One of the Kids: We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight-knit team: Certified as a BCBA with 1+ year of BCBA related experience preferred but not required. VERY small caseload of 4-5 full time equivalent clients (approximately 150 direct therapy hours under supervision). Center-based in Cedar Park/ North Austin Area. Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30AM and 5PM weekdays. No weekends or after hours. Dedicated to serving and caring for our families. Enjoys working collaboratively with other disciplines and individualizing treatment. Creative, flexible, and skilled with naturalistic teaching strategies. Believes in Fun. Love Our Families, Love What You Do: Salary $75,000-$90,000 per year depending on level of experience, plus 10% performance-based bonus paid out quarterly. Sign-on bonus.
