Sales Ambassador

Summary The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized customer service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales results, and supports the store’s standards and initiatives. Responsibilities Understand customer needs and provide personalized product and styling recommendations. Grow personal business through comprehensive wardrobing, client outreach, and digital clienteling tools. Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results. Build customer relationships, capture client data, and adapt service to customer needs. Help coach Brand Ambassadors and support team training and talent sourcing. Maintain visual standards, balance store tasks, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment. Requirements Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Digital sales tools experience preferred.
