Nurse Practitioner

Position: PRN / 1099 Contractor Schedule: Flexible (Minimum 50 hours/month) Compensation: $100–$125/hr (Tiered based on availability) We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs only; no PAs) for a flexible, field-based role completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This is a pure assessment role: No prescribing, no on-call, and zero follow-up care. The Pay Breakdown 50 hrs/mo: $100/hr | 60 hrs: $105/hr | 70 hrs: $110/hr | 80 hrs: $115/hr | 90 hrs: $120/hr | 100+ hrs: $125/hr Additional Pay: $250 flat-rate paid training, $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic no-shows.
