Long Term Care - LTC RN - Travel Nurse TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for a travel nursing position in Canby, Minnesota. Job Details Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Pay: Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly. Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities. Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences. Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers. Qualifications At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Current BLS certification with a minimum of 2 years of recertification. Eligibility to obtain state licensure. Additional certifications may be required prior to the assignment. Compassionate, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing complex patient needs in a team‑focused environment.
