Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Analyst (Payroll, Time & Labor and Absences)

Onsite NW Houston Area

Work with Client teams to gather and create functional and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize payroll, time & keeping and absence processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, configuration tables, etc.
Provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into Oracle HCM system configurations.
Create functional design documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

Certified in Cloud HCM applications, Payroll, Time & Labor and Absences modules highly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll, Time & Labor and Absences.
Microsoft Planner experience preferred as leading smaller projects.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
