Total Annual Compensation: Up to $108,000 * Base Salary: $80,000-$92,000 * Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000-$16,000 (paid monthly) * Sign-On Bonus - $5,000 The $80k-$85k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role (ideal for newer BCBAs), while the $85k-$92k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role (for BCBAs with 2+ years of experience).
