Deliver top‑notch after‑sales support to build lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty. Respond swiftly and accurately to client inquiries, becoming their go‑to expert and trusted partner. Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring we’re always aligned with their needs. Report on account statuses to keep our strategies agile and responsive to the fast‑evolving healthcare landscape. Engage with Leadership: Take advantage of major opportunities to interact with key leaders in the organization, fostering valuable relationships that can drive your professional growth and influence strategic initiatives. Project Planning: Contribute to comprehensive project planning efforts by collaborating with cross‑functional teams, identifying key milestones, and ensuring timely execution to achieve successful outcomes for our clients. What You Bring 2-4+ years of experience in customer service or account management. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in project management skills and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address client needs. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain positive relationships. Keen attention to detail for accuracy in project deliverables and communications. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
