Part Time: 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

Haida Nursing and Rehab, a compassionate and reputable organization, is seeking an experienced and nurturing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Haida Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Conducting vital sign assessments and reporting changes to the nursing team
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
