Pharmacist, Inpatient Pharmacy - Float

*** Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus, pro-rated based on accepted fte – paid in 2 payments. *** The Inpatient Float Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services to Hudson, Westfields, and Amery HealthPartners hospital locations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required Minimum of one year hospital and/or retail pharmacy experience preferred. Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure.
