Position Title: Maintenance Worker II
Location: Columbia, KY 42728
Duration: This is an open ended
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
8-hour shift, Mon – Friday (Overtime can be accrued when approved)
Timings: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay rate : $18.00

Work Nature:

• Assist supervisors in coordinating the work of staff while maintaining and repairing plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provides assistance to carpenters and electricians. Paints buildings and structures inside and out. Repairs grounds maintenance equipment and tools.
• Provides assistance to the other skilled trades personnel.
• Assist in repairing equipment, assist with upkept of building and grounds, and assist in preventative maintenance.
• Operates, maintains and repairs equipment and tools. Maintains records. Attends meetings and trainings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
