Location PT Solutions of Hiram 3827 Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway Suite 122 Hiram, Georgia 30141 Clinic Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Base Salary: $75,000 – $105,000/year + monthly incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients/day Now offering sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 in select locations! Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
