PRN OT Elevate Daily Independence

Park Place Care Center is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and work toward maximizing independence in ADLs and IADLs within a SNF setting.

In this role, you will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, document thoroughly, and provide patient and family education. Texas licensure is required, and experience with Net Health EDS is a plus.
