Job Title: Senior Applications Engineer - NetSuite

Location: Corporate Headquarters - 18777 U.S. Highway 66, Pacific, MO 63069 (Prefer St. Louis candidates; other approved cities: Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Chicago/Lockport, Houston, Lansing, Memphis, San Antonio)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week in office for the first 60 days; after conversion, hybrid schedule continues)

Interview Mode: Video

Term: 3 months Contract to Hire (converts to permanent after 3 months if performing well)

Must-Have Skills

9+ years NetSuite, SuiteScript, JavaScript (System Analysis, Configuration and Programming)
Certification in NetSuite and/or other ERP and CRM platforms
NetSuite experience with (workflows, saved searches, roles/permissions, SuiteAnalytics reports/dashboards)
NetSuite Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)
Strong PL/SQL
Bachelor's degree preferred / High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be open to conversion salary of $110,000 and interested in converting to be an ADB employee

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage NetSuite ERP enhancements and integrations between internal and external enterprise systems
Configure, administer, and optimize NetSuite (workflows, saved searches, roles/permissions, SuiteAnalytics reports/dashboards) with a strong focus on NetSuite Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition) and related business processes
Partner with senior business and IT leaders to define long-term system strategy and roadmap
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and departments
Translate enterprise goals into scalable system solutions that support innovation, compliance, and operational excellence
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of large-scale software systems and platforms
Mentor and support other engineers, analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams across the organization
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and evaluate their fit for future business and technical objectives
Serve as an informal leader and mentor to other team members, with the ability to effectively onboard, train and lead by example for Level I-III Analysts and Engineers
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Work Environment

This role operates out of ADB's corporate headquarters located at: 18777 U.S. Highway 66, Pacific, MO 63069
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones

Experience and Education

7-10+ years of System Analysis, Configuration and Programming experience with a strong preference for JavaScript, including NetSuite SuiteScript
Expert level certification in NetSuite and/or other ERP and CRM platforms preferred
Strong PL/SQL skills
One Vision experience a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required

Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Strong preference for St. Louis candidates
Candidates outside St. Louis must live in one of the following areas: Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Chicago/Lockport, Houston, Lansing, Memphis, or San Antonio
Work in the office at least 3 days per week for the first 60 days
Perfect communication required
