Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Make a Meaningful Impact Every Day! Company: Odyssey ABA, LLC (a Finni Health company) Location: In-person - Virginia Beach, VA Job Type: Part-time (less than 30 hours per week) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM - 3PM Pay: $20–$25/hour Ready to love what you do and change lives while doing it? In this role, you won’t just have a job—you’ll have a purpose. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, independence, and life skills using evidence-based ABA therapy. Every session is an opportunity to create real, lasting change. ✨ What You’ll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive, structured environment Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Track progress and collect meaningful session data Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families Participate in ongoing training and professional development What You Bring Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is ok!) Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs Interest or experience in ABA, psychology, or special education Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA) A positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive pay: $20–$25/hour Consistent weekday schedule (no late nights!)
