Job SummaryAre you tired of your fast-paced work environment? We are excited to implement this new position to our company. The LVN/LPT will be responsible for monitoring the care and health of clients, assisting with day-to-day nursing care, and maintaining and documenting patient records.Responsibilities and Duties:Administer prescribed medications and g-tube feedingCollaborate with registered nurses for client care plansTake doctor's orders over the phoneEducate and update staff on medical care plansTrain and work with CNAs and direct care staffQualifications and Skills:New grads welcome, training providedAbility to build rapport with clients and staffCompassionate and caring demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam playerShifts AvailableFT and PT schedules are available.
