Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator

Description:

As a Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator, you serve as a key connection between Client Nutrition, consumers, and healthcare professionals (HCPs), helping gather insights that inform innovation, product development, and HCP engagement strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct direct consumer and HCP engagement activities across phone, email, SMS, live chat, and digital platforms.

HCP Outreach & Recruitment:

• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to recruit HCPs into sampling, educational, and research programs.

• Gather feedback from HCPs on patient needs, product experiences, educational resource needs, and emerging nutrition trends to inform opportunities for the business.

HCP Sampling Program Execution:

• Manage HCP sample requests and fulfillment programs for pediatricians, family practitioners, dietitians, and nurse practitioners.

• Co-develop educational toolkits, coupons and starter kits for patients

• Track sample utilization, reorder requests, and HCP engagement

Consumer & HCP Insights:

• Execute consumer and HCP survey to uncover insights on product concept, unmet consumer needs and new shopping behavior to identify opportunities for growth.

• Partner cross-functionally to translate insights into recommendations that drive innovation, communications, and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Additional education or certification in customer service considered a plus

• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

• Computer and/or systems knowledge

• Problem solving skills

• Customer service skills
