IT Technician

Basic Hardware Knowledge: Must be able to set up a computer (monitor, keyboard, as well as other equipment). Must be able to troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices. Must be able to troubleshoot basic server and network issues for devices. Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot and display understanding of Microsoft's core applications and operating systems (Office, RDP, as well as other systems). Exhibit ability to manage users in Active Directory. Communicate with team members and outside contractors/providers with clarity and in a professional and timely manner. Tracks, monitors, and resolves tickets in ticketing system. Exhibits excellent customer service that results in team member positive perception and satisfaction with IT experience. Track and monitor inventory. Display and exhibit ability to work on a team and communicate effectively. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents. Ability to author routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code. Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Travel will be required. Education/Certification/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years' experience in a related field, preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of Arkansas.
