Role: Laboratory Supervisor overseeing daily operations in a clinical lab environment, ensuring accurate and timely testing, staff supervision, and compliance. Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor lab personnel Monitor workflow Handle process improvements Maintain quality assurance Ensure regulatory adherence (CLIA, CAP, state) Qualifications: Bachelor's in Chemical/Biological Science, Medical Technology with 5+ years technologist experience, CA CLS licensure 2+ years leadership Preferred: Labcorp experience ASCP/AMT certification Strong knowledge of lab regulations Proficiency in LIS and MS Office Excellent communication and decision-making skills High-Value: clinical diagnostics laboratory management regulatory compliance leadership technical operations Work setup: 2nd shift, San Leandro, CA; physical requirements and ability to pass color blindness test. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
