What We're Looking For We are hiring for a permanent, long-term team member, not a seasonal or summer only role.

The ideal candidate is someone who brings:

Consistency, reliability, and strong follow-through

Professionalism and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality, accuracy, and pace

Comfort working with their hands and following precise frosting standards

A flexible schedule with a least 25 to 30 hours of weekly availability

Required availability on weekends and Mondays

Holidays: We are extremely busy leading up to major holidays. Candidates must be available for their assigned shifts and may be asked to work an additional shift or two during these high volume weeks.
