Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy license in Illinois (or eligibility)
- Previous pediatric/school-based OT experience preferred
- Knowledge of MTSS, IEP processes, and special education services a plus
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services onsite to two middle schools (full-time or part-time available)
- Conduct initial and re-evaluations for special education eligibility
- Provide MTSS and IEP support, consulting with interdisciplinary teams
- Foster skill generalization by advising teachers and staff
- Document services and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines
