Laboratory Assistant Lead

Position Highlights:

• Position: Laboratory Assistant Lead
• Location: Northwest Community Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays

What you will do:

* Perform client account registrations and order processing

* Answer incoming patient, physician and client calls

* Contact physician offices and client accounts for resolution of lab orders and specimen related issues

* Assist with dispatch of NCH courier teams

* Performs registrations, and enters lab orders

What you will need:

* Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience

* Certification: N/A

* Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred

* Unique or Preferred Skills: Good communication and organization skills, moderate computer skills needed, strong customer service skills.
