HR Reporting & Data Analytics Consultant
Connvertex Technologies Inc.
The HR Reporting & Data Analytics Consultant will support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives, with a focus on HR data, reporting architecture, data transformation, and modernization of legacy reporting environments. The role requires strong SQL and Power BI development experience, experience working with multiple data sources, and the ability to gather business requirements and communicate effectively with business leaders and executives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives.
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.
Utilize strong SQL skills for data analysis, transformation, and reporting.
Design and support data transformation and reporting architecture.
Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
Work with multiple data sources to support HR reporting and analytics.
Support the modernization of legacy reporting environments.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Communicate reporting and analytics findings to business leaders and executives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
