BONFE - HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

 $30-45/HR STARTING WAGE | Full-Time | St. Paul, MN

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Keep your company truck clean & your inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork. 
  
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.

What You'll Bring:

• 2-3 years of residential HVAC repair and service experience required
• Valid drivers license & clean driving record
  
• NATE certification.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Confidence making recommendations about needed repairs and replacement services.
• Ability to present the price to customers and collect payment while on site.
• Team player.
• Ability to multitask to support a growing, family-oriented business.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
