Overview Sense Music Group is an international music company specializing in distribution, artist signing, and catalog acquisition. Our mission is to redefine the way artists and catalogs achieve global exposure, supported by innovative strategies and a growing network of strategic partners. We are seeking a senior-level Fundraising Executive to lead our global capital raising initiatives, focusing on qualified investors in the music, entertainment, and technology sectors. This is a results-based opportunity with high earning potential and the possibility of a permanent executive position within the company, at Sense Music Group's discretion, upon successful closing of the first investment deal. Responsibilities Lead the entire fundraising cycle: investor identification, prospecting, meetings, negotiations, and closing. Develop and optimize investor materials: pitch deck, one-pager, investment summary, and secure data room. Build and manage a portfolio of high-value investors: angels, family offices, and institutional investors globally. Negotiate terms: including SAFE agreements, capital structures, or other instruments aligned with the company's objectives. Explore non-dilutive financing: grants, accelerators, and strategic alliances in music and entertainment technology. Maintain strong relationships and ongoing communication with current and potential investors. Important: The candidate must have their own network of investors and resources. Sense Music Group does not provide contacts or prospects. Required profile Proven experience raising capital for startups or scale-up companies (Seed, Pre-Series A, or later stages). Active network of investors in entertainment, media, or technology. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Fluency in Spanish (bilingual). Solid knowledge of investment structures, capital negotiations, and financial markets. Self-employed, results-oriented, and able to operate with a high level of independence. Desirable: Experience in the music industry, entertainment technology, or catalog acquisition financing. Compensation and conditions Commission: 5%–10% of total capital raised. Performance Bonus: USD $1,000 for every USD $100,000 closed. Modality: Remote, flexible hours. Career Development: At Sense Music Group's discretion, the successful closing of the first investment deal may lead to a formal appointment as an employee or executive position within the company.
