Continually gathers data for assessing patients’ physical, psychological, social and educational needs Gathers data for developing and maintaining current patient treatment plan to include patient problems, goals, and interventions under the supervision of an RN Delivers care based on acuity level, identified needs and physician orders Prioritizes interventions to deliver safe, effective care in a timely manner Administers treatments and diagnostic tests effectively and skillfully Effectively evaluates the outcomes of interventions and implements necessary changes to care. Assists other team members in providing care or performing procedures Participates with other clinical departments in discharge planning. Documents pertinent information objectively, accurately, and completely Communicates patient care information to appropriate person(s) Requirements: LPN License (MO) Minimum 1 -3 years nursing experience , preferably in med surg /ICU/ER Hospital experience BLS and ACLS certification Ability to assess patients quickly in emergency situations in stressful environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Superior analytical and critical thinking skills Team, detail and goal oriented Positive, professional and empathetic demeanor What it is like to work at Landmark Hospitals?
