This position will work with Design Engineers, Product Engineers, and Applications Engineers to develop new power IC's. Senior Staff Test Engineer will be an individual contributor with minimal supervision in ATE hardware development, test software development, data analysis, and strong fundamentals of root cause analysis.Primary Job Duties:GaN project management Track project schedules using smartsheet Track NPI fab lots status - Track NPI build status Work with marketing team & PE & device team to manage NPI gatesWork with PE & AE teams to ensure datasheets are completed on time Responsible for ensuring projects stays on trackWork with package R&D team for bonding diagrams & package supportManage qualification activity for GaN products Work with reliability engineer to define qualification methodologyManage wafers for qualification Manage lot start requests for NPI Participate weekly GaN project management calls Yield analysis & tracking Establish PAT/GDBN, SYL/SBL Generate CP & FT reports for engineering & qual lots Define CP, FT, QC test plansQualifications:5 years of experiences or relatedMS degree and aboveGaN power experience requiredAlpha and Omega Semiconductor, Inc is committed to diversity in our workplace.
