Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will possess Meditech experience and a strong background in Med Surg nursing. The RN will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and best practices.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and medications.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience.
• BLS certification is required prior to start.
• Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility for travel positions.
