OverviewTest Analyst/EngineerLOCATION: Redstone Arsenal, AlabamaJOB STATUS: Full-timeCLEARANCE: SecretTRAVEL: 25%Astrion in searching for a Test Analyst/Engineer focused on the end-to-end testing of new and emerging technologies for the U.S. Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive - Fires, Integrated Fires Directorate at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSBachelors of Science (BS) degree in related discipline At least 10 years of applicable experienceMust currently possess an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigationProspective Test Analyst/Engineers should be creative, have good problem-solving skills, and work well under stressful situations.Experience in the T&E of U.S. Army Air and Missile Defense SystemsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS In depth knowledge of U.S. Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) System capabilityIn depth knowledge of the AIAMD requirements processIn depth knowledge of Army test planning, processes and executionIn depth knowledge of Integrated Battle Command Station architecture and interoperabilitySelf-motivated; possess strong oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environmentProficient with Windows-based PC software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams) RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinating across Portfolio Acquisition Executive-Fires and Army test community in the identification and completion of all test and regulatory requirements IAW test plans and proceduresCompleting requirements verification and validation documentation and reportsCreating test plans and detailed step-by-step test procedures to satisfy requirementsSupporting the Test Director in the execution of highly complex tests according to approved proceduresEnsuring customer requirements are met by analyzing data to determine customer satisfactionDeveloping mitigation strategies for identified issues and following up to ensure problems are resolvedProviding timely information and periodic reports pertaining to the overall status of all assigned projectsParticipating in integrated product teams in formulating, establishing and coordinating customer requirementsDeveloping and delivering briefings to senior stakeholders across all project phaseOther duties as assigned.#CJ
