This role will support configuration changes, troubleshoot system issues, and execute testing to ensure accuracy, performance, and usability.The analyst will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and operational leaders to optimize Workday processes, enhance the user experience, and support ongoing system improvements.The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, balances project work with day-to-day support, and works independently with minimal direction. They are proactive, adaptable, and focused on continuously improving Workday.Work Arrangement: HybridWhat You'll DoThe HRIS Analyst will support and enhance Workday across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Learning by troubleshooting issues, managing support requests, and ensuring timely resolution for HR and business users. This role will maintain system configurations, monitor integrations, and contribute to key initiatives and system enhancements, while participating in releases, supporting reporting and compliance needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and a consistent Workday experience. The HRIS Analyst will also support and improve Workday to ensure it runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently across the organization, with responsibilities that include a mix of system support, light HR transactions, and project-based work.The successful candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities:Support Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and LearningProvide day-to-day support to HR and business users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving ticketsManage Workday support requests and ensure timely, high-quality supportProcess a small number of HR transactions (e.g. position changes, terminations) to support operationsSupport key initiatives such as Workday public cloud migration, time clock rollout, and timekeeping enhancementsSupport performance management, recruiting, and Workday Learning optimization effortsParticipate in bi-annual Workday releases, including review, testing, and validation of system changesCreate and maintain Workday organizational structures (supervisory orgs, cost centers, hierarchies, grants, etc.)Configure and maintain Workday business processes, including notifications, alerts, and custom notificationsSupport projects and ongoing initiatives by tracking requests, enhancements, and issues, and maintaining clear documentation and status trackingAssign and maintain security roles, ensuring appropriate access and complianceSupport and troubleshoot benefits and other third-party integrationsMonitor integrations for errors or failures and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendorsSupport Open Enrollment, including configuration, testing, and launch activitiesSupport compliance reporting, including EEO and ACA annual reportingBuild and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support business needsCreate and maintain EIBs to support mass data updates and system processesPartner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the Workday experienceIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and recommend system-based solutionsSupport standardization of HR processes and consistent use of Workday across teamsDevelop job aids, training materials, and user documentation, and support end-user trainingProvide guidance and support to team members on Workday functionality and HRIS best practicesOther Duties:Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
