Regional Sales Specialist

Responsibilities Maintain HRIS records, perform data entry, and compile reports from the system for analysis, compliance, or upon request. Administer workers’ compensation claims: investigate new claims, ensure compliance with laws and policies, manage medical providers, case managers, and adjusters, authorize medical treatment, and facilitate communication between injured workers, HR, and supervisors. Administer FMLA leaves, including tracking, documentation, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Support ADA accommodations by coordinating interactive processes, reasonable accommodations, and related documentation. Answer phone calls for general employment inquiries and basic employee questions on benefits, policies, procedures, and other HR matters. Process new hire paperwork and background checks. Prepare offer letters and termination letters. Work closely with managers and payroll department on matters of employee pay (incorrect payments, contractual increases, etc.). Serve as initial point of contact for employee relations matters. Provide administrative support to the HR function through record keeping, file maintenance, correspondence generation, and data entry. Assist in day‑to‑day office operations (greeting employees, answering requests, processing Personnel Action Forms, etc.). Assist HR Department in carrying out various employee programs (Health Fair, Holiday Party, Recognition Night, etc.). Special projects as assigned. Other general HR duties as assigned.
