This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a crew to deliver outstanding landscape maintenance results for our clients. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on daily job sites throughout the Greenville area Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general turf maintenance Ensure crew members follow safety protocols and proper equipment operation procedures Manage job site workflow to meet scheduled deadlines and client expectations Inspect completed work for quality control and adherence to company standards Maintain, inspect, and report on landscaping equipment and tools Communicate professionally with clients on-site to address questions or concerns Requirements: 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred Proficiency with commercial landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a truck and trailer Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively across multiple job sites Strong communication and team leadership skills About Us: LandSculptors is a trusted name in the Greenville, SC area, delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services to residential and commercial clients.
