Ddc Dine seeks a Technical Writer and KM Specialist to craft end-user manuals and concurrently build the program's knowledge management system from the ground up. You will coordinate with engineering to translate complex terms into clear documentation and train users on new KM workflows. Responsibilities include RMF/ATO artifacts, systems engineering support, and maintaining version-controlled documentation with CUI handling per DoD guidelines.
