The Work

As an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM core HR consultant, your daily tasks will include:

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM core HR modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM core HR modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
• Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM core HR functionalities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM core HR configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM core HR reports

This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, GA; Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX.

Here's what you need:

• At least 3 years real-time hands-on functional/technical experience with Oracle Cloud HCM core HR modules
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if:

• Proficiency in payroll
• SQL query experience
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

• Cleveland $68,300 to $175,000
• Colorado $73,800 to $189,000
• District of Columbia $78,500 to $201,300
• Illinois $68,300 to $189,000
• Maine $62,800 to $161,000

• Massachusetts $73,800 to $201,300
• Minnesota $73,800 to $189,000
• New York $68,300 to $218,800
• New Jersey $78,500 to $218,800
• Virginia $68,300 to $201,300
• Washington $80,200 to $201,300
