About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Solutions Consultant with a strong background in commercial AV integration, unified communications (UC), and enterprise collaboration technologies.This is a high‑impact role for someone who is equal parts hunter, relationship builder, and solution architect.If you thrive in uncovering opportunities, understanding client needs, and building customized enterprise AV technology solutions that solve real business challenges, this is the role for you. What You'll DoBusiness Development & ProspectingIdentify, pursue, and develop new B2B enterprise clients in commercial audio‑visual, collaboration, and integration marketsExecute proactive outreach: cold calling, networking, social selling, events, and industry partnershipsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesConsultation & Solution BuildingMeet with clients to assess AV/IT needs across conference rooms, digital signage, hybrid work, control systems, and enterprise collaboration including Microsoft Teams/Zoom Rooms, AV over IP, Networked AV, high performance audio systems and hybrid workplace solutions.Work closely with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into complete, accurate AV system proposals.Present proposals, system concepts, and solution recommendations in a clear, value‑driven manner.Drive B2B sales within enterprise, corporate, healthcare, education, or government sectors.Sales ExecutionManage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contractDevelop accurate quotes and proposals (with support from engineering & project management)Negotiate pricing and contract termsConsistently achieve revenue targets and margin goalsRelationship ManagementBuild long‑term, trusted relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencersMaintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional needsServe as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for key accountsWhat We're Looking ForRequired Experience3+ years of experience in B2B AV integration sales, unified communications (UC), or technology solutions in a quota-carrying roleStrong understanding of AV systems (e.g., displays, audio, control, conferencing, DSPs, unified communications)Proven experience prospecting, managing pipelines, and closing business in field sales.
