Senior People Operations Partner

Owning the operational backbone of the People team, the full-time Senior People Operations Partner will manage HR operations, oversee HRIS administration, and collaborate with external compensation consultants while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Administer BambooHR and 15Five, including performance review setup and employee lifecycle workflows Support new hire onboarding and maintain accurate employee data for compensation analysis Conduct employee data audits and create documentation to ensure operational consistency Required qualifications 5-7 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS scaleup environment Hands-on experience with an HRIS and managing performance review cycles Proven use of AI tools in previous roles with specific examples Detail-oriented with a track record of maintaining clean data and audit-ready files Comfort with AI tools, including a required Claude 101 certificate upon hire
