Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Installation Department
• Daily Collection
• Answer inbound calls
• Warranties
• Generating receipts for installation or service
• Installer Packets
• Insurance
• Maintain current installer list
• Inventory
• Retainage 
• Tracking
• Service Intake and Tracking
• Tracking Service Costs
• Handling 3rd Party Services

Qualifications

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Organized, Proficient with Excel, Interpersonal skills, Confidentiality, Diplomatic
