Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support Installation Department
Daily Collection
Answer inbound calls
Warranties
Generating receipts for installation or service
Installer Packets
Insurance
Maintain current installer list
Inventory
Retainage
Tracking
Service Intake and Tracking
Tracking Service Costs
Handling 3rd Party Services

Qualifications

Skills and Abilities Required:

Organized, Proficient with Excel, Interpersonal skills, Confidentiality, Diplomatic

Required Education and/or Experience:
