Project Manager / HVAC Engineer| $79,000 - $95,000 Salary Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pmLocations: Sheridan and Gillette Essential Job Duties: This position plays a critical support role in planning, scheduling, budgeting, field cost analysis, and complianceSupport Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of projectsAssist in preparing project submittals, including schedules, material lists, and subcontractor details.Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationMaintain accurate project logs and reporting for clients and managementCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of information and materialsReview drawings and specifications to spot potential conflicts and support resolution in the fieldAssist in building and monitoring project schedules and milestonesTrack budgets, invoices, and cost-related documentationParticipate in site meetings and ensure smooth project closeout with as-builts, warranties, and final reportsObtain necessary project permits.Track project quantities and assist in cost projectionsPowder River Heating and Air Conditioning | WyomingYour Comfort is our Business.We provide premium maintenance, installation, and repair service of heating and cooling systems and plumbing services for both residential homeowners, commercial properties and industrial settings in Gillette, Buffalo, and Sheridan WY. (Procore, MS Project, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Etc.)Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and perform under tight deadlinesOSHA 10 certification required: OSHA 30 - Desired Familiarity with government contract requirements - Desired Valid drivers license and insurable drivers license Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
