We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner to support our Level IV Trauma Center's advanced cardiac services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment, providing critical care to patients of all ages and assisting with specialized procedures that make a real impact.


What You Need to Succeed:

• Current Board Certification in Nurse Practitioner Specialty
• Valid State License and DEA Certification
• BLS and ACLS Certifications
• Strong clinical skills in electrophysiology procedures, MRI device programming, and tilt table tests
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient management abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a hospital setting within electrophysiology or cardiology
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR systems
• Previous experience supporting consults and assisting with complex electrophysiology procedures

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in electrophysiology or cardiology settings

Other Requirements:

• Willing to obtain medical licensure in the state if not already licensed
• Credentialing timeframe of approximately 60 days
• Full travel expenses paid, including flight, hotel, and rental car, with a cap of $180 per night and $65 for rental vehicles

Position Details:

• Start Date: July 27, 2026
• Contract: 3 months (maternity leave coverage)
• Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Compensation: $130.65/hour, with overtime (1.2x) after 10 hours/day and holiday pay at 1.2x for major holidays
• Work at a busy hospital supporting 20 consults and 6 outpatient procedures daily in a 189-bed facility
